Delivery Time for Your Order

DVDs are processed within 48 hours, Monday through Friday but please allow a minimum of seven days for your DVD to arrive before contacting us. Most orders will arrive at their destination before then.

Downloads are processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. An email, with a download link to your order, will be sent. The link will be active for 72 hours. Please contact us if you experience any problems downloading your census records.

IMPORTANT: Orders are processed specifically for each customer. If you make a mistake on your order and contact us before it has been processed. There is no extra charge for changing the order. However, after an order has been processed, the sale is final and cannot be changed without incurring additional charges.

Orders placed after 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Fridays (or on weekends) are processed as if the order had been placed on the following Monday. The same procedure applies for orders placed on any Federal holiday.

If You Are New To Census Research
It's important to understand that the DVD (or download) you order will contain only that portion of the U.S. Federal census records which you ordered, not the entire collection.

A typical microfilm roll from the National Archives has 600 to 700 census pages on it. The U.S. Federal census microfilm collection 1790 - 1930 holds approximately 15,000 rolls and 12.5 million pages.
